Not much to report today it’s been a quiet one. The day started with a sunny walk to Wandsworth Common. As I got closer to the duck pond I could see something on the path, as I got closer I saw it was a heron. As bold as anything he was stood on the path edge watching over the pond. Those walking around the pond were giving him a wide berth and mostly staring at his boldness. He wasn’t phased at all with all the children and dogs around.

The rest of the day has been fairly lazy. Although we did have our book club meeting, which was nice to chat with people. The book we have just finished is Where the Crawdads Sing, which was a brilliant book. I loved it. Hugely engaging and I flew though it. Need to download the next one to my kindle.

Other than that mostly Netflix watching and yoga.
